Terms and Conditions

1) Customer agrees to abide by and uphold the moral and ethical values of Tan Envy, LLC. while using and selling Tan Envy Products. They are listed below.

a. Tan Envy’s core purpose is to provide a safe and healthy alternative to UV tanning in a professional and positive environment.

b. Tan Envy provides outstanding client service; returning calls promptly, taking appointments on time, dressing, speaking and acting in a professional manner, practicing client confidentiality, and being courteous and kind.

c. We value our clients and appreciate our client’s support

2) The customer may not market themselves as Tan Envy if using solution other than SunSpray by Tan Envy.

3) Customer agrees that he/she is an independent business, with a separate liability relationship and has the right to perform services for other customers, employ assistants and employees as the Customer deems necessary and will have sole responsibility for them. Customer will make his/her own working hours and schedule, and has no specific territory assigned. Customer will provide all equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to perform the services and any and all expenses incurred by Customer in doing services or shall be the sole responsibility of Customer, and in no case will Tan Envy reimburse or otherwise pay for Customer’s expenses.

4) Agent hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless from any and all claims, demands, obligations and liabilities for injuries and death of persons and loss of or damage to property by whomever owned, costs, fees expenses and judgments which may be incurred by the Customer, its agents, servants, or employees , in the course of conducting business, arising out of this Agreement; including all expenses and costs in connection therewith which may be incurred by Tan Envy, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Tan Envy, LLC. Carries product liability insurance on all SunSpray by Tan Envy Products and will offer a copy of this certificate to Customer if requested.

5) Tan Envy shall retain the right of prior approval for all sales and marketing materials to be used by Customer that refer to and/or promote Tan Envy products and services.

6) This agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Ohio.

7) All Customers are responsible for having the correct license needed if practicing their spray tanning service in a salon, spa or other similar establishment.

8) Tan Envy has a 15 day return policy on all unopened kits. Kits that have been used or opened are not returnable.
